Steve Goodgold started his career in music in 1998 when he went to work for a boutique music booking agency called Chaotica. Chaotica’s roster at that time focused on the best of electronic music: The Prodigy, The Chemical Brothers, Daft Punk, Underworld, The Orb, Roni Size and many others including rock bands like Primal Scream. Within 10 years he helped Chaotica grow to be one of the most reputable agencies in electronic dance music.
In 2008, Steve joined the award-winning independent agency, The Windish Agency, which was acquired by Paradigm Talent Agency in 2017. He is a leading agent in their New York City office and represents a comprehensive client roster of acclaimed artists: Flume, Sigrid, Aurora, Duke Dumont, Jain, Röyksopp, Alison Wonderland, among many others.
In 2016, he was named as one of Billboard Magazine’s “Dance Power Players”. In 2014, Rolling Stone named him as one of the most important people in electronic music. In 2013 & 2014, he was also named as one of inthemix’s most powerful people in electronic music. Throughout his 20-year career, Steve has been instrumental in fostering the growth of the pop and electronic genre, developing new talent into some of the biggest names, spearheading some of the world’s largest tours and sharing invaluable industry insight, most recently with the Los Angeles Times, TIME Magazine and Huffington Post.
