Adindu Vuctor, bedre kjent som AV, er den nigerianske afrofusion-artisten bak hiten «Big Thug Boys» som oppnådde global suksess etter at den ble #5 på Billboards Triller-toppliste, i tillegg til å bli den mest oppsøkte låta på Shazam noensinne i Nigeria.

Den enorme suksessen har høstet interesse over landegrensene og nye fans på internasjonalt nivå, blant andre fra flere store navn innen afrobeat-sjangeren som Omah Lay, Wizkid og Dj Tunez. Den unge sangeren og låtskriveren vokste opp i en familie der musikk var viktig og som skulle spille en sentral rolle i å forme hans karriere da han startet å lage musikk i 2018.

Gjennombruddet kom med singelen «Temperature» to år senere som høstet radiolistinger både i inn- og utland. For tiden jobber AV med å ferdigstille sin debut EP «Thug Love» og spiller sin aller første konsert i Norge under årets by:Larm.

Adindu Victor, better known as AV, is a Nigerian afro fusion artist known for the smash hit “Big Thug Boys” that gained global traction after it peaked at No 5 on Billboard Triller Chart and became the most Shazamed Nigerian track ever in Nigeria.

The enormous success garnered interest abroad and as new fans emerged on the global scene. AV has already earned recognition by other artists in the world of afrobeat, such as Omah Lay, Wizkid and DJ Tunez, and is working to finish his debut ep Thug Love.

As a young singer and songwriter, Adindu Victor grew up in the family of “the Adindus” - where music and entertainment was important and played a key role in the shaping of his career. AV started making music in 2018 and had his first breakthrough with the single “Temperature” in 2020, receiving both domestic and international airplay.
