We are happy to present a Q&A with Chris Swanson about the history and philosophy of Secretly Canadian Records (Antony and the Johnsons, War on Drugs, Yeah Yeah Yeahs) a label he co-founded in 1996 - and also the founding of Secretly Group, one of the most influential independent label groups today with labels such as Dead Oceans, Jagjaguwar, Secretly Canadian, Ghostly, Numero Group and Phoebe Bridgers Saddest Factory Records.
