Springer er inkarnasjonen av rock med trap og hiphop i ascendanten. Jakob Emil Pedersen som han egentlig heter har spilt i undergrunnsband som Værket, Gäy og Elias Rønnenfeldts (Ice Age) sideprosjekt Marching Church – her på trompet. Med sistnevnte har han også turnert et stykke i USA.

Siden har Springer tatt solo-springet, og har de siste årene arbeidet med å fusjonere vidt forskjellige sjangre. Springer har samtidig sittet i produsentstolen med Ronni Vindah, og dermed har sangene «Tell Me» og «Rosie» fra EPen Bad Choice blitt til.

Springer is the incarnation of rock with trap and hip hop as the ascendant. Behind the stage name is Jakob Emil Pedersen who has also played in underground bands such as Værket and Gäy, and toured the United States with Marching Church — this time taking the role of the trumpeter.

Springer has since sprung out as a solo artist who has spent the last few years putting together a sound that combines different genres — all the while co-producing «Tell Me» and «Rosie» from his EP Bad Choice.
