Like many roles in the music industry, the Artist Management sector has few – if any – barriers to entry; all you need to do to become an Artist Manager is to tell people you are. How can managers navigate such a complex business and such complex interpersonal relationships, and what role do our ethics play in this? How far will we go for our artists? This panel seeks to untangle the delicate and often challenging intricacies of the artist/manager dynamic, in an increasingly crowded and competitive marketplace.
