Joins the by:Larm Conference February 27th

Emmys, Grammys, Golden Globe, Oscars. There seems to be no end to the praise for Hildur Guðnadóttir’s accomplishments in 2019 as the composer for the acclaimed titles Joker and Chernobyl. At by:Larm she will shed light on the past year and what’s in store for the future, in conversation with Jude Rogers of the Guardian.

We are delighted and excited to welcome Hildur to by:Larm and hear the inside story of what it’s like when your music suddenly hits such big time international exposure. She has already been active as a musician, both with solo works and collaborations with Pan Sonic, Throbbing Gristle, The Knife, Wildbirds and Peacedrums, Johan Johannsson, Mum and Sunn O))), among others. She has made music for films and TV series including The Revenant (2015), Arrival (2016), Tom of Finland (2017) and Sicario: Day of the Soldado (2018). Now her horizons are looking even wider for 2020.

Guðnadóttir is also nominated for the Hyundai Nordic Music Prize.
